• Transaction Execution: Scan office supplies, tech items, and furniture accurately, process various forms of payment smoothly, and ensure the register till balances perfectly.
• Rewards Engagement: Connect with every shopper, asking for their Staples Rewards number to ensure they receive their business benefits and discounts.
• Service Desk Support: Assist customers with online order pickups, process returns, and direct them to the Print & Marketing services counter.
• Lane Maintenance: Keep the checkout area clean, restock impulse items and gift cards, and organize shopping carts near the entrance.
